• a weekly one-hour coaching meeting with Sheryl for 9 weeks to:
  • complete the assessment together
  • take a deep dive into the systems, concepts, and metrics of each functional area
  • decide on weekly action items for you to complete
• a follow-up email and guidance throughout the week on the current area’s action items
